From chalky curds to this oh so creamy, dreamy delight! Everyone loves a good brie, and by good brie, we mean this Gippsland Brie from our friends at Tarago River is a give us a spotlight, throw us the mic, show us the stage kind of brie! From the French, good things always come, and sticking true to the fermentation processes the French follow, has really allowed this brie to take centre stage. After a faint chalk line forms, the brie is then ripened out in cellars to deliver another moorish Tarago River cheese. Imagine having an entire wheel of this! Tell your friends, but not too many - you want a good portion of this all to yourself! Someone pass us the lavosh.

Made to traditional fermentation processes with free-range, fresh milk, you’ll be delighted with a soothing, mellow flavour with a suggestion of nuttiness. The ripper the brie, the more that yummy nuttiness will push through like a delightful daisy on a summer's day!

A popular soft cheese among many, Brie is named after the French Region Brie where it originated. It’s dubbed by many as the "The Queen of Cheeses” and it’s not hard to see why. It’s the light of many platters and a great addition to meals too. But... if we go back several hundred years ago, brie was actually one of the tributes which had to be paid to the French kings. One would say it’s got a royal blood and is a wheel-y big deal.
