What’s better than a classic style havarti when you’re wanting a little bit of a kick? This Pepper Havarti is the one you’re looking for! It’s the perfect mixture of classic creamy havarti and a touch of pepper. Following a traditional style recipe and letting the flavours of the region express themselves is what makes this one all the more incredible.

• Sauvignon Blanc
• Dry Salami
• Olives
• Semi-dried tomato damper

Like the classic Havarti, but featuring a distinct black pepper flavour, this Heytesbury Harvest cheese is great for cooking or in salads. While black pepper has an incredible flavour, Apostle Whey  wants the cheese to be the star, so they don’t overpower the cheese with the flavours added. They are simply there for an extra tone on the palate.

The Benson family’s farm, L’Lubatol, has undergone major changes over the past 30 years. Most notably, the 367 acres was originally 15 paddocks, but is now subdivided into 53 milking paddocks of about 5 acres and a further 10 paddocks of smaller size for calf rearing.
