Kylie has worked for many large and small hospitality establishments since finishing high school and starting her apprenticeship over 20 years ago.
Still enthusiastic about food, and seeking a job that was more flexible and compatible with family life, Kylie came upon Food Symphony, originating in Western Australia.
Food Symphony is inspired by the tastes of customers from across Australia. Sourcing as much local produce as possible, Kylie’s handmade gourmet products range from the all-time favourite port-soaked figs to dessert and savoury sauces, olives, chillies, chutneys, and liqueur fruits, which are a perfect match with cheese.
