The Maker – Tasmanian Cheesery
Based in Bream Creek on Paredarerme Country in south-east Tasmania, Tasmanian Cheesery is the work of award-winning cheesemaker Tim Gadischke and his wife Candis, crafting small-batch brie-style cheeses on a dairy farm with milk that’s taken warm from the cows each morning and turned into cheese right there on site.
