Harvey Cheese is a family-owned small-batch cheesemaker in Wokalup on Noongar Country in Western Australia’s South West. Founded in 2002, Harvey Cheese makes a wide range of handcrafted cow’s milk cheeses using fresh local milk, from soft-ripened and washed-rind styles to semi-firm and flavour-infused cheeses.

Robert and Penny St Duke established Harvey Cheese as a place where visitors could taste cheese, watch it being made and connect with the craft behind every wheel. Over two decades, it became a much-loved local food destination.

Since 2023, the Lottering family has carried that legacy forward. Pieter Lottering, his son Kael and their team bring fresh energy, South African heritage and a strong commitment to quality, innovation and country hospitality. Their range includes the award-winning OMG Triple Cream, alongside creative cheeses that pair traditional methods with bold flavour.

Harvey Cheese remains closely connected to its local community, producing cheese in Wokalup and welcoming people to share in the region’s food story.
