Each box introduces you to cheeses you are unlikely to find in supermarkets. The selection changes every month and may include bloomy white mould cheeses, washed rinds, blues, cheddars and other Australian cheese styles.

  • What cheeses are included in the Therapy Box? Each Therapy Box contains four Australian artisan cheeses. The selection changes monthly and may include bloomy white mould cheeses, washed rinds, blue cheeses, cheddars, hard cheeses and other small-batch Australian styles. The exact contents depend on seasonality, availability and which cheeses are tasting their best.
  • Can I buy a Therapy Box without subscribing? Yes. You can order a one-off Therapy Box without starting a subscription. Monthly, bi-monthly and prepaid subscription options are also available.
  • Can I pause or cancel my subscription? Yes. You can manage, pause or cancel your Therapy Box subscription through your customer account. You can also contact us for assistance.
  • How is the cheese delivered? Therapy Boxes are delivered chilled through a refrigerated courier network. The cheese remains at 5°C during transport, from our door to yours.
  • How long will the cheese last? All cheeses are shipped well within their best-before date. We include a mix of ages so you can enjoy some sooner and allow others to continue maturing in your fridge. If we ever need to include two cheeses approaching their best-before date, we will add an extra cheese free of charge.
  • Can I send a Therapy Box as a gift? Yes. You can send a one-off Therapy Box or choose a prepaid cheese subscription as a personal gift. We can also help you curate a gift box for your teams, customers and clients. A personal gift message can also be included with the order.
