Yarra Valley Caviar’s highly sought after Atlantic Salmon caviar is well renowned across the restaurant trade. Their products are packaged on site, without the use of any additives. The result is a superb quality roe salted with premium salt to produce bright, plump and flawless caviar – bursting with flavour.

The Maker – Yarra Valley Caviar
For over 20 years, Yarra Valley Caviar has been setting the benchmark for ethical, sustainable salmon farming in Australia. Certified under Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) they farm without chemicals, using a natural gravity-fed pond system. Each fish is milked gently once a year for roe and returned to the ponds. From in-house egg fertilisation to careful husbandry, every step is about traceability, responsibility, and care.

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition due to an error by us or the courier, please notify us and we will provide a replacement or a refund.

Best before dates
All of our cheeses are shipped within their best before date. But with cheese, “best before” doesn’t mean “stop eating”, it really means “tasting great right now.”
Cheese is a living food. It continues to develop over time, which means many cheeses can still be enjoyed beyond their best before date as they mature.
We usually include a mix of cheeses at different stages so you can enjoy some straight away and save others for later. A little patience in the fridge comes with its own reward.
If you’d prefer all your cheeses young, or all ready to enjoy right now, just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Our Mystery Boxes are discounted because they may include cheeses closer to their best before date. They’re still well within date when despatched, and at their most delicious.
